What is it with making fun of Southlanders?

I don't make fun of half the Aucklanders here for being arrogant pricks/prickesses

Southlanders make fun of me for my accent.

I don't make fun of Southlanders for being ignorant, racist arseholes.

Was looking through Chronicle. Omfg, CAMERON LOOKS LIKE JOHNNY DEPP. I have a picture of Johnny Depp that looks extremely like Cameron (topless, moreover).

Can I scan in Cam's pic and make an icon? Or will that be violating his privacy?

ps. your journal is much easier to read now. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Your love is so easy to attain.

Friend of zhadae's, je crois. Have to agree that sense of humour is lacking, but then not everyone understands that I only mock the people I love. Oh, and Australians.

*g* All hail tiassa for the Noir icons :)

*notes that zhandae (<--was tempted to spell that wrong for the hell of it) also didn't have much of a sense of humour when I mentioned the southland thing. (Which I happened to find rather amusing. Like the nz-aussie jokes. :P)

And on that line of thought - how is it racist when you'r mocking your own race? i.e. NZers? *shrugs*

Mmmm, Johnny Depp. Merryn and I re-watched PotC on Friday night. There was an awesome blooper reel with the DVD. I can't explain its awesomeness. You'll have to rent it and watch it for yourself.

Possibly would be violating... something. Your mind.

I know. I was suddeny like, "Why the hell am I putting my eyes through this torment?" and changed it to something nicer.

yeah, once we get a DVD player... maybe will hijack Sarah's house to watch the bloopers reel.

What mind? Am so going to scan in his pic and use as my MSN icon... entitled 'Beautiful'.

I think I need a hobby.

It's hardly "all the Southlander things". I happen to like hot Southlanders. It just that I also like teh mockage. The mockage is not restricted to Southlanders. It also applies to people from Gore, Oamaru, Dargaville and Remuera.
